  • Material Handler
    Responsibilities: Assist in receiving, loading and unloading, sorting and storing of materials Pull material to fulfill orders properly to build loads for shipping Perform daily required equipment maintenance inspection checks and report any malfunction to Supervisor Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition Operate forklift inside warehouse and outside on lumberyard Perform work in a professional, safe, courteous manner Follow process and ensure load pulls match order prior to passing on order for audit Provide excellent customer service while waiting on customers, unloading and loading Protect company assets such as trucks and forklifts; must always act in a safe and professional manner Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard Any other duties as assigned
  • Warehouse Associate
    Responsibilities: Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages Organizing the warehouse space Preparing orders for shipment Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments Counting stock and keeping inventory records
  • EWP Designer /Estimator
    Job Summary EWP Designer that would be responsible for the design of Engineering Wood Product (EWP) floor & roof systems for residential / commercial construction including loose lumber Takeoffs Principal Duties and Responsibilities Under General supervision, the EWP Designer provides technical support to sales and customer service functions related to engineered wood products using knowledge of customer requirements to develop layouts and estimating /takeoff services. Develop and detail layouts and quote bids of EWP including I-joists, LVL, and columns as needed using Istruct software. Design floor and stick frame roof systems and the ability to specify out beams and hangers as needed. Reads and analyzes architectural plans to design accurate, cost effective and efficient designs of wood framed structures for residential and commercial projects. Works with sales and customer service teams to manage time and effectively meet deadlines for designs, estimates, and orders. Communicates with customers to identify and resolve construction issues as they arise during the building process. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum high school graduate Preferred associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent General knowledge of construction industry Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints. Demonstrate knowledge of EWP engineering and layout software Drafting Skills with AutoCAD preferred but not required. Demonstrate proficiency use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word & Excel) Ability to operate office equipment such as plotter, scanner, etc. Ability to multi-task and have multiple projects going simultaneously. A strong sense of urgency for goal achievement
