Class A CDL Truck DriverResponsibilities: Operate company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner Organizing and securing the cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle; ensuring each load is properly strapped for transportation. Drive a delivery truck on a predetermined route and schedule; deliver items as instructed Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations Abide by traffic laws, ensuring safe unlading and delivery to the destination. Ensure delivery trucks are clean and in good working condition; perform daily required maintenance checks and report any malfunctions to Supervisor, ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving

Outside SalesResponsibilities: Developing new customers accounts through cold calls, working potential customer lists, contacting subcontractors in the area, contacting companies who previously rejected proposals, etc. Negotiates pricing levels to encourage business. Maintains positive relations and increases business with current customers. Obtains and records current information on customers. Collects past due accounts payable up to 60 days out. Accurately estimates materials needed and add-on merchandise. Recommends adjustments to the current product line and pricing to remain competitive. Attends and participates in all company-sponsored training programs as required.

Material HandlerResponsibilities: Assist in receiving, loading and unloading, sorting and storing of materials Pull material to fulfill orders properly to build loads for shipping Perform daily required equipment maintenance inspection checks and report any malfunction to Supervisor Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition Operate forklift inside warehouse and outside on lumberyard Perform work in a professional, safe, courteous manner Follow process and ensure load pulls match order prior to passing on order for audit Provide excellent customer service while waiting on customers, unloading and loading Protect company assets such as trucks and forklifts; must always act in a safe and professional manner Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard Any other duties as assigned

Warehouse AssociateResponsibilities: Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages Organizing the warehouse space Preparing orders for shipment Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments Counting stock and keeping inventory records
